These are the latest layouts Sierra Pacific has resubmitted with their
applications for general plan amendments, rezones and tentative maps
on both the Boy Scout and Hwy. 108 projects which will be on next May's
Board of Supervisor's agenda.
They have redesigned the lots near river on both projects to allow for
a one hundred foot setback from the river to allow for enough area to have
a leach field that will not effect the river and have also trimmed one
lot from each of the projects from the last map that they shared with us
at the SPOA Annual Meeting in July.
