The water utility has REVISED a rate increase request with the CPUC.
The 'REVISED' rate increase request is for metered ratepayers of the monthly service charge
(ready to serve). Please see the proposed quantity rate increase from $1.77/100 cu. ft. to the
proposed $8.732/100 cu. ft. Strawberry rate-payers would pay $13.48 less for "Ready to Serve"
but then pay an increased quantity rate of 79.72%. You can file either a response or protest
to both the utility and the California Public Utilities Commission. Their contact information
is on the document below.
